Sak Korsaengruang, former spokesman of the now-dissolved Assets Scrutiny Committee (ASC), on Wednesday strongly hit out at the Office of the Attorney-General (OAG) for its remarks about Monday's ruling by the Supreme Court's Criminal Division for Holders of Political Positions that all 44 defendants in the rubber saplings procurement case are not guilty.
