Sak Korsaengruang, former spokesman of the now-dissolved Assets Scrutiny Committee (ASC), on Wednesday strongly hit out at the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) for its remarks over the Monday ruling by the Supreme Court's Criminal Division for Holders of Political Positions that found all 44 defendants in the rubber sapplings procurement case not guilty.
