The government should start the process of constitutional change now or it would face critical problems such as Thai society had never experienced, the chairman of the parliamentary Committee for Reconciliation, Political Reform and Constitutional Amendment, Direk Thuengfang, told the joint sitting of parliament on Wednesday.
