Outgoing police chief Patcharawat Wongsuwon on Wednesday filed a petition with the Administrative Court against the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) for its findings against him over the police crackdown on People's Alliance for Democracy protesters in front of parliament on Oct 7 last year.
