Outgoing police chief Patcharawat Wongsuwon on Wednesday petitioned the Administrative Court to revoke the National Anti-Corruption Commission's (NACC) findings against him over the lethal police crackdown on People's Alliance for Democracy protesters in front of parliament on Oct 7 last year.
