The country�"s gross domestic product growth rate for the third quarter of the year is projected to contract by about 3 to 4 per cent and the economic expansion rate would turn to a plus 3 to 4 per cent in the fourth quarter, the Office of Fiscal Budget spokesman, Ekniti Nitithanprapas said on Wednesday.
