Around 600 police have been deployed around Privy Council president Prem Tinsulanonda's residence in Nakhon Ratchasima province on Friday morning to ensure safety for Gen Prem who was scheduled to stay there when the anti-government group holds a mass rally in Bangkok on Saturday.
