The chairpersons of whips of the government, the opposition and the Senate agreed to the six-point charter change proposed by the parliament�"s Committee for Reconciliation, Political Reform and Constitutional Amendment, chief of government whips Shinnavorn Boonyakiat said in a press conference on Wednesday.
